– Japanglish Quiz! –
Japanglish is a generic name of English words that have been localized for Japanese use in a unique way… For example, “Open Car.”
Japanese people call Convertible Car “Open Car” because we can “open” the top of the car by removing it.
One day, I noticed these Japanglish might be useful for entertaining native English speakers:
“What if I introduce some Japanglish in QUIZ style?”
It might be interesting if you guess the meanings of some Japanglish with my hints, isn’t it? Let’s do that!
I prepared 8 questions as follows and listed a hint and an answer right below each question! Be careful not to scroll down too fast if you don’t want to see the answers before you figure out!

Aim carefully… If you succeed, the “UFO” would catch a prize and carry it to you as if UFO abducts a human.

These Japanglish above are just a few of all.
Japanglish often confuses Japanese people speaking English because it’s hard for them to recognize which word is actual English or not. If you are talking with Japanese people and hearing weird English, remember this fact and forgive them.
